Job Description JOB & REQUIREMENT Work Location - Mumbai (Goregaon East) Position - SE/ SSE/ Lead Engineer Onsite - short term Onsite travel to any international location Academics - BE/ MCA Full time 60% and above, (please do share if the profile is really good without 60%, I will still take it forward) JOB & REQUIREMENT * Fulltime Bachelor and/ or Master degree in engineering (or MCA) with a minimum of 60% grade. No correspondence or Diploma * 3 - 7 years of hands- on experience with the Java, JEE Technologies. (Java Certification Preferred.) * Good core java, collections. * Good knowledge on implementing web services (SOAP/ XML) * Good proven knowledge of XML/ XSD/ XSLT * Comfortable with JEE based frameworks like Spring, Hibernate. * Good knowledge of SQL language (Oracle/ MySQL/ SQL Server/ Postgress) * Solid Debugging skills Good to Have Skills: * Exposure to Web service and EJB. * Good to have work experience in JMS, REST, MQ * Experience in developing server side components. * Knowledge on Postgress SQL * Exposure to any application server. Dos & Donts 1. Data sheet needs to be pasted as the first sheet of the profile, if PDF profile send it as an attachment 2. Academics - BE or MCA or Equivalent, Only Full time candidates, 60% and above in all the academics - 10th, 12th & Graduation. Having said that any good candidate with less than 60%, please process with a note, will check with the client. 3. Stability - Atleast 2.5 years in each company and for sure 2.5 yrs in the last 2 companies. candidates who are less than 10- 12 months in the current company but good stability in the previous employement with valid reason, process eg: joined for the development team, with no projects pushed to support team or project moved to other location and cannot relocate and hence looking for change etc., 4. Preparedness / willingness to travel outside India - will have to travel onsite - short term - 3 weeks to about 3 months 5. Notice period - immediate joiners to max 60 days, candidates serving notice period with 90 days Notice period can also be considered. 6. Candidates should be available for a in person discussion on 10th March 2018 either at Mumbai or Hyderabad ( willing to relocate to Mumbai) 7. If outstation candidates : mention reason for relocation (for now, consider only Hyderabad / Pune Candidates). Pune candidates if shortlisted should be willing to travel to Mumbai at their own cost. Hyderabad Candidates will have to go to Hyderabad Office 8. Good communication and articulation is very important 9. CTC expectations should be in the range of 30- 35% hike from the current CTC. You can keep a thumb rule of 2.5L per year of experience. Eg: 4 years candidate can expect 10L, There is always scope for deviation but cannot be for every candidate Technical Questions to be asked to the candidates 1. Have they worked on Multithreading they need to have experience on the same. 2. Have they worked on SOAP / Web Services Not just consuming the web services, they should have developed the same 3. Are they working on Spring / Hibernate frame works, project requirement will have Spring / hibernate, but many candidates would be working on Core Java only and consume Web services. Need capability who can develop a web service. 4. Are they part of development or support / Maintenance project, if not for development, check how long are they in support projects, if too long do NOT process 5. Do they have any experience in integration projects If yes, it will be helpful
