Job Description

Candidate should be having excellent communication skills. Good at customer handling skills. Open to work for rotational shifts. Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure. Qualification : SSC having 1 year international voice experience into a BPO. HSC and Graduates having 6 Months domestic/international voice experience process into a BPO. Ex-Employees are always welcome, subject to eligibility. Handling customer queries on calls. Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT. Salary - CTC offered as per market standards + incentives Perks of working in Tech MBS: Performance based incentives Free Home Pick & Drop facility will be provided 5 working days in a week. Week off : Any 2 days of the week.
