The role is responsible for managing and developing specific leadership and partner digital channels such as the All-partner forum and GPG forum; managing toolkits such as the Vision 2020 toolkit, supporting the Better Question Time program and assisting in the development of engaging and relevant content for deployment. The role is also responsible for delivering programs/projects to schedule, budget and quality. The role requires excellent technical knowledge of project management inter-related process stages and all supporting processes and be able to deliver on KPIs and create measurement impact reports that highlight achievements, key successes and any lessons learned at the close of each project. Provide solid support to the Leadership and Partner Communications Director and other team members Work collaboratively across the team and other BMC pillars, proactively managing channels and deploying communications in an accurate and timely manner Send emails to the leadership and partner audiences on behalf of the Global Chairman and CEO, and other members of the Global Executive Format leadership and partner emails to ensure they conform to team protocols, styles and rules Support the Better Question Time SharePoint site with an emphasis on managing the programs SharePoint site Manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain good working relationships across BMC and other functions Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing these with business-as-usual responsibilities Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge on brand, marketing and communications trends and challenges Provide project coordination for key programs that are led by the team. Be able to deliver on KPIs and create measurement impact reports that highlight achievements, key successes and any lessons learned at the close of each project.
