Job Description

Shift : General Experience : For Sr.Consultant post qualification - 2+ yrs (relevant exp) For Manager post qualification - 4+ yrs (relevant exp) ** Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal) ** Looking for Immediate joiners or should join within 30 days ** Should be open to travelling (25% - 30% depending on job demand) The position is responsible for delivering various solution offerings like internal audits, process improvement reviews, enterprise risk management, forensics, etc. for clients Responsibilities would include Supervise teams of multi-location professionals; approx 2 4 depending on projects underway. Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time. Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables. Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training. Determine whether areas reviewed are performing control activities in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice. Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost. Be proficient with the broad range of skills commonly used by a national accounting / consulting firm.
