Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry or consulting team-oriented environment in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital enablement
Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Project Management skills:
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Instructional Design Knowledge of tools such as UPK, Captivate, Articulate, uPerform
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work within a collaborative environment
