Job Description

Segment: Heavy Commercial vehicle The responsibilities being handled by this role are as under: 1. To drive sales, target achievement for institutional customers and government agencies. 2. Designing promotional schemes, demos, plant visits etc for technical and purchase managers of such customers / agencies. 3. Sales forecasting through intense study of projects and tenders. 4. To finalize business plan for Sales for respective metros and state capitals. 5. Meeting and getting relevant approvals for DGS&D, DGQA, Army etc. and getting the product approvals from these buyers. 6. Market strategy for Sales/Volumes. 7. Ensure Sales Target achievement as per business plan. 8. Sales forecast. 9. Review of Customer Satisfaction Index 10. Interaction with financiers and other NBFCs for financial schemes/events. 11. Customer concern resolution 12. Direct selling and building long term relationships at all levels 13. Collection and analysis of customer, competition and market information 14. Organization and execution of marketing and sales promotion activities
