Jobs Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the sale of Glazed Vitrified range (Premium) tiles in a specified area. Business Development 1. To promote Glazed Vitrified range of tiles. (GVT) 2. To analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive vertical growth, increase turnover and achieve the targets thereby as per the parameters agreed. 3. To be an eye in his area for productive insights and inputs to Product Management & Promotion team (PMP) and Strategic Pricing Group (SPG). 4. Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation. 5. Responsible for high-end product sales through trade and projects. 6. To hunt and develop high and medium range retail counters based on their potential and associate them with the set of specifiers. 7. To hunt and develop high and medium range retail stores and generate sales by attaching / associating set of specifiers. 8. To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures & fine-tune strategies accordingly. Customer Management 1. Hunt for new set of Architects / specifiers / Interior Decorators and develop strong relationship with them to bring them in HRJs fold and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets. 2. To consolidate and raise the relationship with existing set of Architects / specifiers to a new level. 3. To conduct the value perception analysis of our End Customers towards the brand to instill brand loyalty in them with effective customer service such as Tile laying services. Creating the brand Pull 1. Maintain specialized relationships with specifiers / Interior Decorators / Contractors / Architects and specifying / approving our products through them especially in projects / high end retail customers. 2. Mapping client's requirement, identifying improvement areas & providing solutions. 3. To give inputs to marketing for brand building activities to undertake various promotional measures and ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & Promotional Branding. 4. High level of end customer service. 5. To ensure proper display of the product at our exclusive counters such as House Of Johnson (HOJs) and in SiS formats.
