Candidate should have an understanding of the Banking, Insurance & Health Care Software Products and US Market. Exposure to telephonically pitching company software products with C Level/ CXO Level clients in US/ European market, mainly in Banking, Insurance and Health Care Software Product domain. The candidate should have exposure to International Sales; cold calling; email drafting; customer interactions; presentation, ownership of lead/ revenue targets, etc..
Database hunting to generate leads within a defined US geography or campaign, target vertical industry, or product/solutions suite.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead by example and develop the reportees in making business calls with CXO/ C Level executives.
• Manage and Prioritize inquiries developed by the Sales Organization team based in USA.
• Fix meetings for Sales Team in USA to pitch the client with presentation and close the deals.
• Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in lead generation and research.
• Consistently exceed lead targets, Identify additional sales opportunities through Linkedin, data.com, Rainking and other portals.
• Consistently exceed lead targets, Understands Banking, Insurance and Health care market in the USA.
• Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word and other MS office services.
• Reporting Lead funnel, warm leads, call reports and feedbacks on shared location – CRM.
• Adhere to all current Inside sales methodologies and processes.
• Position requires working in the US/night shift between 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
Mandate Skills: Excellent command on English language both oral and written. Inside sales experience, North American cold calling, Lead Generation capabilities, LinkedIn experience and networking skills
Desired Education, Skills and Competencies:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with excellent command on English language both oral and written.
• Prior Inside sales experience in North American cold calling.
• Ability to interact with CXO/ C level executives in Banking, Insurance and Health care Industry confidently and fix meetings.
• Strong lead generation capabilities and strong social networking skills.
• Experience in LinkedIn, data.com, Rainking and other portals.
