The job of a Candidate:
Candidates need to attend calls and analyze the issue and
troubleshoot the problems.
customer will call regarding pop up on the screen with an error
the message, the customer will call regarding printer, router, anti-virus, email
issues these calls will be of windows but customer will also call
regarding Mac laptops and other devices like iPhone, Ipad etc, issues
can be of Activation lock,iPhone disable connect to Itunes, Contact
lost, Cannot login into Icloud account etc.
Candidates need to solve these issues give a resolution and make a

Candidates need to close his or her own calls.
Candidates have to be exp for 1 year or more in Tech support inbound or outbound.
Candidates need to be flexible.
Incentives are given monthly and spot once the QA is checked by taking
