. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/ Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
Must know how to close their own calls.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to - Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I - phone, I - pad.
Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
Should be flexible working in night shifts.
