Receiving calls from the customer, resolving their issues like pop up calls/anti-virus issues/email issues/error code messages on the screen, candidates need to resolve these issues and make a sale.
Attending calls of the customer which will be related to pop up calls, antivirus, router, printer issues, email issues etc
candidates need to solve the issues of the customer with a resolution and make a sale.
Must be experienced in Inbound or Outbound tech support for 6 months or 1 Year above.
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must be fluent in English.
Must be flexible.
Salary always credited on the 1st.

1 Roster off.
