• should have 10 months of minimum experience in (international BPO Call Center).
• Experience in Windows, Mac, Ios, Pop up and Antivirus & Printer Calls.
• Need Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable to work in Night shifts.
Roles & Responsibility
• Understanding the Technical issues and converting those concerns into Sales
• Responsible for providing technical support Assistance to US customer.
• Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, Router, Antivirus
• Responsible to sale the packages to the US Customers
• Responsible to work on calls
• Fixed salary on 1st of every month + Incentives
• 24 paid leaves + comp off + B'day leave
• No extension of shift timing.
