Job Description

EXPERIENCE:

1.Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

2. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies​

3. Excellent verbal communication Skills.​

4. Commitment to excellent customer service​

5. Computer literacy


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
I. To deliver the end accountability of retaining and / or acquiring customers by delivering valuable customer experience:
Display empathy by listening to the customers and use relevant questions to discover customer's need
Recognize customer's emotions and connect with them through engaging conversation
Make conversations easy so that customers clearly understand the information and the outcome delivered on the call
Make a pitch that is valuable to the customer, by effectively selling the benefits of the product / offer basis customer requirements
Manage customer objections to the pitch and close the sale effectively by providing relevant information for the customer to make an informed decision
Take end to end ownership of the customers issue and follow through commitments made
II. To deliver on efficiencies & commercials:
Contribute to the business profitability by offering customers high margin deals and through cross-sell initiatives
Ensure none or minimal errors, while processing changes on the customer account that impact business profitability
Is quick, efficient and avoids placing customer on hold as far as possible, by displaying a sense of urgency when needed & keep customer informed if it takes longer
Adhere to work schedule and adherence thereby contributing to operational efficiencies
Achieve daily and monthly sales target
III. To meet & maintain work ethics aligned to organizational compliance:
Maintain commercials performance metrics like sales, upgrades, cross sell etc. with zero non negotiable
Understand & adhere to guidelines and policies like no paper policy, no mobile phone policy etc set by the organization
Participate & clear all compliance modules to meet client standards of operating
Foster & maintain an environment of high integrity & customer privacy
