Working with international locations
Managing the reporting both for Internal purposes & Dashboard reporting
Ensuring team delivers quality and drive process excellence (Continuous improvements)
Maintain process profitability
Manage the Team and Attrition Targets
Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes
Managing the Team activities (training/one-on-one/skips/ internal targets, manage monthly incentives)
Looking for candidate with minimum 12 years of overall experience in Accounts Receivable (Both collection & cash application).
