2. Documentation & Quality check of delivered task.
3. Continuous improvement on the service uptime with the help of preventive maintenance.
4. Handling system/traffic alerts and Incident management as per severity defined.
5. In time delivery of task assigned.
6. Bug finding on patch/release received from Dev. Team.
7. Log rotation / disk clean-up (Automated), proactive maintenance & upgrade planning.
8. Client/Business communication and follow-up.
9. Generating and analyzing MIS reports.
10. Resolving Complaints
