Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding computers, laptops, antivirus, printers, routers, mails, MAC, i-pod, i-pad etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
Basic Eligibility Criteria: -
• At least 6 months of experience in Outbound/Inbound tech support
• Good at closing calls / remote access
• Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
• Night shift
• Salary: Up to 26k in hand + incentives
• 6 days working/one rotational off
• Fresher’s not applicable.
