Position Responsibilities: 1. Overall management of IT infrastructure and Client Services 2. Working with ServiceNow ITSM system 3. Maintain IT Inventory and Procurement 4. Ensure that application policies, standards, processes, change control and other quality requirements are followed through consistently. 5. Collaborate closely with the global IT team and operations team on support plan and training. 6. Manage SLA with the external vendors for the smooth functioning of IT activities 7. Manage Hardware failure, work directly with the relevant vendors to ensure the issues are resolved in timely manner. 8. Manage File server, Backup Management and Rack equipment management. 9. Support the AV system and conference rooms for VC & Audio systems. 10. Coordinating with procurement & finance team on new IT procurements, audits related to IT. 11. Configuring / Installation of softwares / applications like MS office products, Oracle Virtual Box. Creating Virtual Machines on Windows Virtual PC, Oracle Virtual Box with Global supports 12. Provided support for traveling users domestically/International 13. Manage administration for below by coordinating with Global network team - Notebooks and desktops support - Server, Backup equipment, Cisco devices (Switches, Routers, WLC, IP Phones & APs) - Printers and MFD machines - Monitoring local infra at data center 14. Ensure that Users ON/OFF boarding process relating to IT 15. Vendor coordination for support and services a. Procuring IT equipments as per project teams and IT (AV) requirement b. Comparative quotes from different vendors c. Technical, negotiationetc., discussions with vendors as per process d. Co-ordinate with Finance team / Sourcing team 16. Supporting at labs on customized medical equipments/ applications Basic Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science 6 to 7 years combined experience in IT System administration / Managing IT Infrastructure Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and thoroughness Able to participate in late evening and/or early morning calls Strong organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter, strong work ethic and initiative in accomplishing objectives, and delivering in ambiguous environments Desired/Preferred Qualifications: ITIL certified preferred. Working knowledge of information security, especially as applicable to healthcare sector.
