Job Description

IT Staffing & Consulting Business Development Manager
o You will be responsible for identifying new staffing/service business opportunities and key service trends in the designated territory.
o You will also be responsible for the growth of Staffing within the existing customer base and winning new accounts with Staffing led sales.
o You will provide territory intelligence and will be the "go to" key resource for Staffing opportunity development for the SMB sales team.
o You will identify, forecast, and pursue Staffing opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to the sales close.
o You will be responsible for the Staffing revenue and gross profit goals for the assigned territory.
o To develop and deliver Connection Staffing value propositions, assist the Inside Sales Team to generate sales and grow their customer base through networking and cold-calling activities
o Develop and maintaining strong executive relationships throughout and train/mentor the account management team on how to identify staffing opportunities and when to engage.
o You will develop and execute key account strategies with a common goal of building Connection Staffing sales to exceed quarterly goals and quotas.

Qualification And Experience:
1. Minimum of 8 years experience and a proven track record of success as an Account Manager for a known IT Staffing or IT Service organization.
2. Solid experience and knowledge of IT staffing as it pertains to Contract, project staffing (IMAC, upgrades, deployments, etc.,) contract-to-hire and Direct Hire placements.
3. Strong record of success in business development focused on small and medium sized corporate clients.
4. Experience and desire to gain new staffing business through networking, cold-calling, relationship building, etc.
5. Ability to sit on-site at our Keene, NH and Portsmouth, NH offices once per week to work F2F with Account Managers
6. Terrific communication skills to both external and internal clients
7. Great presentation and written skills
8. Ability to train/mentor others as needed
