Define, develop and execute on strategies for growth, specifically focused on monetizing business solutions in various markets globally in support of the short, medium and long term strategy and goals.
Manage efforts to develop and implement new business models, important partnerships and new acquisition opportunities across the region
Manage a comprehensive strategy development and execution process to ensure new business development strategies and business plans operate reliably
Define competitive advantage and establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage solutions and technologies to achieve strategic business objectives
Prepare storyline and collaterals for the identified solutions and products
Ensure availability of references and case studies for all solutions and products
Work closely with Sales/Account Managers in proposal development by establishing the requirements, managing the workflow, and delivering the results to the sales team/client on time to agreed-upon quality standards
Designing & architecting the IT solutions along with domain experts and competency leads
Come up with winning theme and strategies in the overall proposal/presentation
Work with unit managers in developing new business and increasing offshore/right shore representation.
