Job Description

Skill: IT Service Desk Location-Noida Exp - 6 months - 2 years (A5) Important skill set required Service Helpdesk support profile Excellent Communication Skills Ready to work in 24*7 Shifts On call Support required. Its a 100% calling profile. Candidate has to provide on call support to UK Customer Should know basic troubleshooting on Computers - Troubleshooting of Functionality of Product/ Application Call Centre/ BPO exp candidates would do if they have basis technical knowledge Please note - It's not a BPO Profile. Its a Service Helpdesk profile which involves L1 Support Candidates will get shift allowance on top of their CTC. Cab pick and drop which is chargeable shall be provided.
