Min 3 to 6 yrs of experience into Lateral Hiring. Must have exposure in handling end to end recruitment process . Strong experience in hiring talent through Job Boards (Naukri, Monster), Employee Referrals, Internal Database, and Social Media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter. Handling recruitment activity, includes sourcing, generating database from various sources, coordinating walk in interviews, interview coordination, offer Validation, offer release and closures. Involvement in sourcing, planning, offer negations / release, updating the Status to the reporting authority, creating active pipeline, projection in line with the Client needs etc. Closely interact with Account Managers to discuss positions, future goals and to Strategize and execute successful hiring campaigns . Coordinating with Clients and consultants in scheduling interviews and follow-ups till the final offer made, negotiating on salary aspects, creating and managing clients and Consultants database. Finding Fitment of the profile to the job Description / Specification Engaged in interviewing the candidates salary negotiations, joining formalities, Induction and taking exit interviews. Hands on experience in Volume / Bulk Hiring, Niche Skill Hiring, and Diversity Hiring. Experience in building strong business relationships with Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed action plans. An out-of-the-box thinker, committed towards growth of people within the organization.
