IT sourcing experience of 1-5 years
Should be well-versed with sourcing via job portals like Naukri, Monster etc.
Should be comfortable hiring via passive channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, X-Ray search etc.
Excellent communication skills & Negotiation skills
Should be good in screening candidates based on JD as well as on minimal skill information available
Should have good understanding of technologies and know-how to source and screen candidates for new skills
Candidate should have good exp in End to End recruitment
