Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates. Conducted Internet searches, telephonic interviews, identified opportunities, candidate selection and preparing candidate for effective marketing. Responsible and mediator between client and consultants right from scheduling the interviews as well as responsible till the consultant gets placed. Sourcing, screening and short-listing of resumes for the clients' requirements from Job portals (Monster, Dice), database and references. Collecting the requirements from the Business Development Managers, understanding the requirements, sourcing the resumes depending upon the required and preferred skills on various job boards, via vendors, references, technical screening of the consultants, short listing the resumes and submitting the same to the BDMs. Dealt with OPT, H1s, EADs, GCs, US Citizens and TNs Initial interviewing, negotiating rates with the candidates/Vendors and placing candidates on Corp to Corp, W2 basis. Keep candidate posted with the feedback from clients. Individually responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with vendors and Consultants. Have maintained a large database of Vendors for recruiting IT professionals.
