Job Description

Position : Manager
Functional Designation : Manager IT Projects
Function / Sub function : Operations / IT
Non-technical Experience
Project Management in BFSI :
Minimum experience min 6 years
Experience in life insurance required, Good networking skills & managing in-house and outsourced projects.
Should have worked in end user environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Experience :
The incumbent is expected to manage work related to
Group insurance core system, Business Process Management for individual insurance process, Oracle Applications OR
projects like CRM implementation, Analytics, Web applications.
1.Fair understanding of Life Insurance processes.
2.Good understanding of data bases (Oracle/SQL Server).
3.Knowledge of programming languages and Architectures (JAVA, J2EE, EJB, ASP/.NET).
4.Good understanding of application and web servers required.

Education / Preferred Qualifications : B.E, B. Tech, BCA, Other professional qualification
Post Graduate : MBA, MCS, MCA; Other equivalent certifications
Professional Qualification (Desirable but not necessary) -PMP Certification
Work Location IDBI Federal HO Lower Parel/ Currey Road ( Mumbai).
