Analyze Business requirements to develop Technical IPT Solutions, BOMs and Pricing as required for new Business opportunities or RFPs.
Work with Sales Teams to enable them to develop Go-to-Market Strategies and Collaterals and participate in Customer Workshops/Presentations to position as the Vendor of choice.
Supervises and collaborates with Delivery Team for the timely and quality delivery of IPT/UC services.
Provides leadership and direction for technology personnel in dealing with a variety of Operational and design issues.
Oversees, motivates, and evaluates technical staff to help achieve their individual goals, thereby collectively achieving and fostering technical development of the team.
Develop IPT/UCTechnology Roadmaps/Blueprints and stay abreast of Technology advancements which are effecting and driving the Business scenario.
Manage existing and develop new Technology Vendor partnerships by working with Alliance Teams.
