Job Description

- Expertise in IP-Networks.

- Responsible for the core network both Fixed and Mobile networks. Leading a highly experienced team of experts, managing sections Fixed network, OSS/NMS, IMS/LTE and 2G/3G networks

- Develop and lead implementation of strategies and business delivery and provide the best possible service and information to stakeholders.

- End-to-End Solution design Architecture for converged networks i.e. combined Wireless and fixed networks.

- End-2-end networks to improve performance (Latency, packet loss, bandwidth and throughput).

- End-2-end network consultancy for the RF (3G/LTE, Wi-Fi), Access transport(SDH, PDH, DWDM), IP/MPLS/CEN, Circuit Switched (NGN MSS, MGW), Packet Switched( SGSN, GGSN, MME, S-GW, P-GW).

- Optimization of the network, validation of customer experience and SLAs.

- IT systems (HLR, HSS, DHS, IP Management systems), element Managers, NMS/OSS systems, BSS includes OCS/OFCS systems.

- VoIP International Interconnect, IP Centrex, VoLTE (CS fallback and VoIP).

- SMS, MMS, IM, DRA.RCS, fixed-mobile convergence,

- Migrating Legacy based Fixed systems to a Next generation systems to support triple play.

- Specialties: Next Generation Networks, Offering Strategies to operators for evolution from current legacy systems.

- Integration of virtualized end-2-end network products.

- Cloud based data centre.

- Cloud infrastructure - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Layer-2 Naas/bridging Home gateways.

- Enhanced Packet Network (EPN), Service chaining/Orchestration of SGi LAN based on SDN.


- FTTX, Wi-Fi, HeNB, HeNB GW and SecGW, E-2-E IP networks.

- CDN, RCS, MMS, VoFTTx, VoWi-Fi, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, FTT,LTE.

- Optimization of the network for a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

- Working with R & D resource/BD management to resolve these in a timely manner.

- Address the market requirements and propose complex solutions to customers.

- Responsible for budget related discussions with the regional sales and regional sales clusters representing the business division.

- Responsible in proposing new opportunities and revenue related activities for the respective Business Divisions.

- OPEX and CAPEX reductions
