10+ years experience in JAVA web application development
7+ years experience in any e-Commerce applications preferably with Omni-channel commerce solution experience.
4+ years hands-on in Hybris Commerce architecture, systems integration and development, package implementation, relational databases, with knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design;
2 years of project experience in architecture of Hybris applications;
Previous experience working on Hybris products;
Hands-on experience with Hybris code base;

Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments; Hands-on customer facing management and technical delivery experience; Experience in full life-cycle software development processes and methods;
Lead the hybris team in technical design and implementation and ensure the end result fulfills the customers requirements.
Work with customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value.
Excellent communication skills are a must and prior consulting experience is strongly preferred. The candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision and the ability to articulate a vision of the total solution both internally and externally.
