Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Total of 8 years experience
minimum of 1 year in Sr Management position like HR Head or equivalent position
Exp from ITES/BPO or any Customer Service industry would be considered.
