Check all the arrival ready rooms before guest arrival.
Easily Accessible/Reachable by Guests during the shift.
Proactively solves Guests escalations to the guest satisfaction levels.
Maintain PMS Software with compliance.
Takes rounds of the Hotel (twice in a day; quality checks).
Checks (as per defined format/schedule) Random Rooms (both arrival & occupied), in order to quality check the standards.
Housekeeping Checks - Cleanliness, use of right chemicals and equipment - training the staff.
Checks for / Follow-up / Proactively plan for Maintenance issues (identify & fix, proactively plan against etc).
Responsible for daily cash collected at the Hotel, daily cash reporting to owner along with proper bills including F&B.
Upfront inventory raw materials requirement reporting to owner.
Checks for Linen Exchange and inventory of Linen (Records being maintained), along with daily laundry.
