Job Description

• To do extensive market coverage of Hospitality Chains, Promoters/ Builders, Architects, PMCs &
Consultants
• Take personal ownership of Hospitality clients
• Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company
• Introduce and promote new products brought by the company
• Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders
• Existing Hotel Chains to be catered & converted by developing one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit
• To train the housekeeping & maintenance team of Hotels for Installation and maintenance of products
• To resolve Hotels issues in coordination with Customer Care
• Set personal examples before others in personal accountability & responsibility
• Do Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringing clients to Company outlets & manufacturing unit
• Develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive House-keepers & Project Team of each hotel unit
• Make plans, set goals & achieve these Chain-wise, Unit-wise, Promoter-wise & Architects/ PMC/ Consultant wise
• Ensure productive quality & quantitative Customer Calls as per company norms & set example by making required number of result oriented client meetings
• Co-ordinate with Brach Service Incharges to extend best Customer Care support to Hospitality clients
• Responsible for generation of required revenue targets as per market potential.

PLACE OF POSTING: Bangalore / Mumbai/ Chennai/ Indore
EXPERIENCE: 10 Years with minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality (Hotel) Sales
Essential Requirement: Contacts in Hotel Chains, Hotel Units, Promoters/ Builders, Architects & PMCs. with no-hassles for traveling.
