Experience Required :0.6 - 3 year
Job Location:- Gurgaon

Job Description:
Capable of working with Pivot Table, V- Look-up.
Call analysis on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Service Delivery within defined SLA.
Making Daily Dashboard, Weekly Dashboard.
Assigning the calls to the Teams and follow ups on regular basis.
Generating the tickets and aligning the Engineer of Concerned Team to solve the issue encountered.
Coordinating with engineer, as well as with user for the update of the call.
Working on BMC Remedy ticket solution application.
Having experience in raising the tickets, should be working as helpdesk coordinator.
Girls would be the prefference.
