We are seeking candidates for Help Desk Executive Job Roll  who can fill rolling ahead purpose of job roll- To ensure efficient running of the Food service operation at Cafeteria, in terms of Customer service, inquiries & Complaints, Food testing, Staff Management, Client Management.

Key Responsibilities-

Respond to the customers query immediately.
To maintain the compliance document at site & keep it updated all the time (Staff Medical reports, Vendors licenses etc)
To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations.
To maximise all sales building opportunities for partners, through selling techniques.
To take daily briefing of the staff on shift.
To actively gain customer feedback, passing gained information onto your line manager.
To make sure you are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for food safety, work place safety, health and hygiene
To report food, health and safety issues to your line manager, including all incidents and near misses
To promote good safety habits and methods of work at cafeteria.
To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory food safety and hygiene requirements
To ensure the cleaning of all work areas during and after use and removal of all waste to the appropriate area
To observe and comply with all company and unit procedures relating to cash handling and security, reporting any issues to the cafe manager.
To maintain all mandatory records like temperature checklist, deep cleaning checklist, pest service records etc. and to report any variance.
