Minimum 6 years of experience in Service Management based on ITIL
Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Now
Experience in public cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience in Artificial Intelligence Solutions
Having a very good overview of the relevant automation tools in the market
Have experience of applying Automation in AMM engagements.
Role and Responsibility :
Would lead the automation team of India and be responsible for multi cloud service management and automation.
Build a team with all relevant skills around Tools like:
- Service Now for service management automation,
- IP Soft Amelia or Microsoft Azure for cognitive automation
- Cisco Cloud Center for cloud brokerage
- Science Logic for multi cloud monitoring
- and others
You work in a global environment and your team supports the responsible customer Service Manager.
Your team is also going to provide the multi cloud management service and the operations of multi cloud environments
