- Involved in constant improvements in hiring metrics to meet TAT/SLA. -
- Managing multiple vendors for recruitments
- Skilled in setting up new hiring processes with a strong focus on changing technologies and methodologies.
- Employ widely available Tech platforms to bring in passive job aspirants
- Devise and execute strategic recruitment plans and succession planning aligning with the company's recruitment strategy
Build Career ladders :
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment process across all business lines a Stake Holder Management
- Working on retention Strategy with executive leadership to identify and reward top performers
Campus Hiring :
- Build & Manage relationships with various Colleges/ institutes (premium colleges Preferably)
- Manage and drive the campus hiring across locations at PAN India Level.
- Promote the company's brand and image on assigned college campuses. -
- Execute recruitment strategies to reach the desired volume of campus hiring goals. -
- Organising selection process for Internships and solely managing the entire internship cycle.
- Induction & orientation programs for the freshers/interns, career development activities involving training, counseling. etc.
