Must have good understanding Pharma/Biologics Industry,
Strong in Sourcing, Client( Stakeholder managements) , will be responsible to End to end of Recruitment till Induction.
Including Hiring Plan, and Hiring Budget Finalisation
Will also contribute to HR by giving inputs on Industry salary standards , etc.
Exp of international recruitment is preferred but not a must
must willing to work individual with one recruiter to support initially and may have to build a team,
Around 5-12 years of Experience in TA /Recruitment and at-least 4 yrs in Pharmaceutical sector
Good understanding of Biologics culture.
Study Biologics business units learn the workflow, roles and responsibilities of each role within each function
Experience of managing all stake holders i.e internal client,
GOOD TO HAVE GLOBAL SOURCING EXPERIENCE
