Job Description

Head Sales & Marketing is responsible for achieving sales objective and shall carryout all the activities required to achieve sales objectives which include sample product testing and approvals by customers, negotiations till getting orders. Formulating company strategy, looking for new opportunities in the related areas to expand the business which may require a new product line, or a new geographic area to expand. He shall ensure that all the people in the department are properly trained, skills & competence development program at various levels shall be carried out effectively to prepare them to take higher responsibilities Identification and building of required infrastructure to meet the business requirements. He shall ensure that the Management Systems are maintained effectively through proper control of documents & records.
