Devises a suitable channel strategy (OTAs, Consolidators, Retail, Corporate, Web, Call Center, ATOs) both at macro and micro level to achieve the yearly/monthly revenue target (flown, booked, collection targets).
Optimizes the overall cost of sales and the cost of sales per channel, with respect to Companys financial targets and strategies.
Manages the sales administration function, MIS, operational performance reporting and streamline processes and systems wherever possible.
Implements the most efficient and reliable distribution system, consistent with the Company Business model in coordination with IT.
Works closely with Head of Revenue Management and Network Planning to have the highest and most profitable consistency between market opportunities and asset utilization
Researches, analyzes and evaluates the competitive market environment and consistently
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Must have handled Volume of Business of more than 3000 Cr. annually
2. Expert in managing P & L responsibility
3. 5 years in a Leadership role managing National portfolio
4. Customer Centric approachIndustry preferrred - Travel, Online portals, FMCG, FMCD etc
