Talents from FMCG/FMCD/eComms/Electronics Key Skills: Modern Trade, Key Accounts, Strategic Sales, P&L Qualification : MBA/PGDM from Tier I & II MBA Schools only (2000 - 2002 batch only) Job Description : - Create revenue opportunities through partnerships with DTH Operators - Deal Negotiation and closure - Deliver on both top-line and bottom line target as per budget - Ensure revenue and collections hygiene - Work closely with strategy team for creating the necessary plans for driving pricing and revenue strategy and long-term plans - Working with various content teams to ensure reach maximization for SIPL channels - Business growth through partnerships PERFORMANCE MEASURES - Achievement of revenue growth target - Achievement of the assigned revenue and collections targets Design Strategy : - Implement the sales strategy designed at an organizational level to achieve organizational growth objectives - Prepare a target distribution plans, track and monitor the plan continuously, coordinate with the dealers, engineers, store operators and coordinators to ensure compliance to timelines, ensure availability of resources, guide and provide feedback to the team on sales target achievement Target achievement and monitoring- - Responsible for achievement of sales targets and ensure overall monitoring responsibilities - Study the historical trends - Monitor the progress on a continuous basis
