Job Description

- Chartering strategic growth and expansion plans, building market and business, product development and optimization initiatives; budgeting and monitoring profitability; credit control and debtors management ; strategic positioning and People management skills - Achieve targeted sales volumes & market shares. - To manage and grow company's business - To grow sales profitability by focusing on developing customized solutions for the customers. - To formulate business plans and execute the same as per the laid down sales strategy, yearly budgets and ensure that these budgets are met. - To negotiate sales contracts with the key customers. - Network and build lasting relationships with professionals from the industry. Ensure efficient and effective client management - Generate sales leads & business conversion. - Meet customer needs, retention & optimize customer service. - Manage large customer accounts on daily basis, internally & externally. - Manage growth, quality and service initiatives simultaneously. - Timely fulfillment of orders and keep a tab on the market developments including gathering market Intelligence on competitor activities. - Analyze MIS reports & understand to recommend for decision making. - MIS & reporting of customers managed. - Ensuring decent credit cycle & maintaining commercial hygiene. Technical aspects: - Technical assistance to customers with focus on new product development & increasing business volumes. - Work closely with support teams to present - one face- to the customer for sales generation, commercial and technical troubleshooting. - Choosing the base paper with the best silicone formulation & required release level, ensuring compatibility with production process and also, the adhesive used & end applications. This encompasses close working with the customer's technical team & Co's shopfloor. - Customizing packaging & delivery options as per customers requirement. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. BE & MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in Aluminium Foils Industry. 2. You have truly proven yourself as a Business development specialist in identifying new innovation opportunities for which you have developed business propositions that have turned into commercial successes. 3. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, entrepreneurial drive and you are performance/result driven. 4. You have a passion for the Industry and are looking to help build the next great food company 5. Track record of growing a customer base and building a managing a team that consistently exceeds revenue targets and company goals 6. You enjoy cultivating new relationships and interpersonal interactions and are a good salesperson, comfortable making an ask- 7. You are upbeat and a self starter 8. You are competitive and thrive in a fast-paced team environment 9. Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills 10. Strong Leadership skills 11. Should have worked on PAN- India profile. 12. Should have conducted Direct sales; No Retail/ No Distribution/ No Channel sales.
