Job Description

- Constantly co-ordinate with Banking Ombudsman, RBI, BCSBI officials and act as an intermediary to RBI and Senior Management.

- Co-ordinate with various stake holders (Regional Nodal Officers-Pan India, Legal Heads-Pan India, seniors of respective Business verticals) and ensure resolutions for regulatory/ legal notices pertaining to customer service issues.

- Ensure quality of response to the competent authorities and respond to the queries raised by regulatory with speed and accuracy.

- Analyze the trend of complaints and update seniors on exigencies.

- Percolate RBI perspective to stake holders of business verticals and endeavor to contain potential escalations.

Key skills:

- Understanding of Banking systems and processes

- Experience in grievance redressal in a banking system

- Good communication skills (Oral/Written) with high degree of common sense

- Customer Centric approach with good listening and collaborative skills

- Have a clear perspective of RBI guidelines and challenge status quo/impact on the organization.

- Ability to offer resolutions with available information.

- Leverage on resources and ability to remove bottlenecks with speed and accuracy.

- Build structures, systems and processes to eliminate Bank induced errors.
