Job Description

A. Training Content Development
Interact regularly with Product Manager, NPD & R&D team to understand the Features of any new product or any possible new claims for existing
Basis the understanding, develop suitable selling story for the secondary sales force team from a customer view point
Competition Benchmarking and FAQs development
Creating / Choosing the best medium for dissemination of the selling story by using different AV solutions developing sales aids
Create questionnaires, quizzes to assess the teams product knowledge on a continuous basis
Develop modules for softer sales skills
Studying sales pitches and demo skills used by competition as well as outside the industry in other sectors to incorporate best practices

B. Train the Trainer (Team Leaders)
Continuous & regular training of the Team Leaders (Off role employees who in turn lead a team of 30-35 secondary sales force members) to equip them to train their team at the shop floor
Organize train the trainer programs for the TLs and Sales team members via self as well as with specialists in sales skills

C. Monitor Training Dissemination and Conduct Model Training Sessions
Prepare Monthly Training Calendar for every branch through TLs and ASMs
Ensure Execution as per plan
Travel to cover at least 4 markets (16 days) in a month to oversee
knowledge transfer at the ground level, hand hold the team leaders and ASMs to conduct model training.
Conduct tests/ quiz/ role plays for the secondary sales force in every market visit
Collect feedback from the market and improvised the content creation on an ongoing basis
Also deploy training to on role sales team members in all model trainings and via TLs

D. MIS & Process Drive
Sharing details of benchmarking products with NPD & R&D teams
Share MIS on training and knowledge with the sales team
Document, analyse & improve the Training online system
