Job Description

Build & Grow Distribution & Loan Book by achieving Desired numbers through regions
? Develop & Execute Sales Strategy to achieve desired targets laid out in AOP.
? Build on competency of Sales Team for achieving the desired number.
? Drive & Motivate the Team by rolling out Reward & Recognition Schemes.
? Responsible for building the organization brand among Customers.
? Aligning with the Agri Eco System to ensure the long run plans of the organizations are met.
? Increasing the retail distribution.
? Manage & Control Branch Expenses.
? Regular Reviews of the Regional Strategies.
? Regular Training of Sales Force and Agencies.
? Adapting Industry Best Practices.
? Gathering the Market Intelligence Report before developing the locations.
? Responsible for developing customer friendly products and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services.
? Working with the Product Team to bring in new products.
? Update management regularly on business performance.
? Support the management by leading projects on products to drive top line.
? Preparing collaterals for promotion of the products and devising a strategy on visibility of Sales.
? Create KPI’s for performance and measurement purposes.
? Responsible for retaining team.
? Driving & Executing key processes
