Head - Marketing & Public Relations - Global Service Organisation - IIM/ MDI/ FMS/ ISB Job Description: - The position holder will be part of the Core Management Team and report to the CEO. Will be responsible for all Marketing, Digital, PR initiatives of the organisation. - Lead the marketing thinking on overall strategy and customer initiatives. Identify, create and champion growth opportunities through market intelligence, economic indicators, customer analytics, innovative solutions and strategic partnerships to achieve target while ensuring sustainable future growth. 1. Brand Management - Understand the core brand values, lead the corporate brand identity and brand purpose projects for the region. Manage the brand communication strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that it measures up to the overall consumer positioning. - Develop marketing plan and budget for yearly marketing activities, events, and projects. Monitor results and ensure ROI based on marketing activities. Work closely with teams to ensure smooth and effective marketing operations 2. Digital (Owned, earned and Paid) & Content - Manage the digital engagement with the consumer by offering best in class digital experience. Handle Website; digital assets (FB page,Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube; Running SEO & branding campaigns on digital channels 3. Event Management: plan and program manage large scale events with Event management team 4. Loyalty Management - Grow Company Loyalty by providing the strategic direction including enabling, facilitating and advocating growth initiatives, through in-depth identification of customer needs, designing innovative marketing programs and forming strategic partnerships and alliances with key partners and merchants to deliver superior customer value proposition that enhances the customer experience in order to grow overall customer base and loyalists, leading to a sustainable and profitably business growth, increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) score as well as brand equity. Build a healthy and strong driver supply growth through both driver acquisition and retention programs. 5. Customer experience - Advocate the delivery of consistent and superior customer experience by continuously monitoring and providing inputs on the direction of development, implementation and continuous improvement by facilitating and driving strategic initiatives and advocating customer-centric mindset and behavior. 6. Public Relations Desired Candidate Profile - Candidate Profile: MBAs (only from premier institutes) with 10-16 years of relevant experience with reputed service organisations who have grown exponentially in the last few years The position is expected to be closed by end-February.
