Looking for a marketing head, who would be excited in creating a completely new brand.

Oversee the complete marketing function using online marketing strategies. Build brand from inception - concept, research, packaging, product, varianting, pricing, marketing communications, using appropriate digital tools and media. Ranging from performance, search, video, content, analytics, research etc. Own top-line target for online sales across all product categories. Create innovative and effective online marketing strategies and execute them flawlessly with the help of a team, which she/he will build. Work with internal stakeholders – leadership, creative, design, research, R&D, sales, planning, procurement, supply chain management, etc. to create online-specific policies for seamless transactions within a robust framework. Manage partner expectations with respect to timelines, product features & quality, profitability, customer acceptance, etc. Contribute to organization building. Will get an opportunity to work with highly seasoned and successful venture capitalists and business leaders.

Top tier MBA with 11-13 years in marketing of personal care products. Deep and first-hand experience of brand building using digital marketing extensively. At least 7 years in digital marketing. Extensive knowledge and successful track record of brand development and launching personal products, aimed at women. Interested in, and believe in creating a brand from scratch, predominantly using digital media. Have deep exposure to creative development. strategy, digital marketing, digital media, analytics, promotional activities, merchandising, product and customer segmentation. Be able to build a marketing and an in-house creative team. May come from a personal product company's online business or an e-commerce company in a personal fast moving consumer products or an online marketing company. Possess an understanding of both offline and online product marketing. Entrepreneurial, leadership, communication, negotiation, networking, problem-solving and decision making capabilities of a superior order.
