Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Keep track of negotiations and workmen grievance from all HR managers across the group of companies.
Ensure harmonious workmen-management relations are maintained across locations.
Responsible for Writing and delivering presentation to corporate officers or government officials regarding industrial relations policies and practices. Legal:
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal requirements.
Directs the HR managers in preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws. Serves as the primary contact with the company employment law attorney and outside government agencies.
