Roles and responsibilities:
Head of the India business unit IT software/ services delivery
Portfolio / Account Management (Target Setting and achievement, growth opportunities identification, Relationship Management).
Managing client relationships. Manage measure and monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maximize the present customer base and build networks with current and potential regional customers
Provide leadership and will be the go-to person for business development and delivery functions
Ownership of P&L, including management of short-term and long-term goals
Partner with Sales Managers to plan and coordinate sales and business development initiatives for each location
Must be proficient in Demand generation, Function point, Work break down, Pre-Sales Estimation, end-to-end project delivery, quality, customer handling and their satisfaction, requirement analysis and support.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback Account growth and contract management
Ultimately responsible for the performance and growth of the practice
Must have managed large P/L for large accounts for Indian industries/accounts
Should have demonstrated ability in leading India delivery and Enterprise Application implementation programs with expertise in delivering full lifecycle programs. Integration and custom development experience is desirable.
Should have handled multiple accounts and managed over 1000 employees.
Should have wide knowledge on all key domains including BFSI, Telecom, logistics, SCM, manufacturing.
Established network with top Indian industries / government PSUs will be preferred
Must have suitable technology experience before moving on to a managerial role.
