Job Description

Looking only from BPO company, Who has an experience od handling call Centre. Recruitment : - Designs develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) - Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source - Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization HR Business Partnering : - To facilitate the business in adequately managing its Human Resources and HR processes by partnering with them in all processes such as HR cost budgeting, manpower planning, Job Description, organization structuring, recruitment, performance management, employees grievance management etc. - Strategize to develop ways to enhance teamwork and working across boundaries across the organization - Act as advisor and coach to the senior management team at Colt India on assessment, development, compensation, and benefits, litigation, early warning and organization issues HR Operations & Payroll : - Responsible for smooth running of HR operations and payroll for employees based at Gurgaon & Bangalore locations with the support of payroll vendors & team. Ensuring that all processes are documented, audited and compliant with local and global legal and statutory requirements. - Spearhead all cases of industrial action and ensure that relations with regulators, government organizations in both Haryana & Karnataka states is well maintained, harmonious and aligned to Colt's interests and business goals. - Planning, Organizing, Implementation, review & controls, resource management, prioritization, for all HR policy and process pertaining to utilization of HR Budgets. Organization Development : - To execute new and innovative ways of managing and promoting talent within the organization through effective implementation of various programs such as internal job searches, active identification and development of High potential resources, training and re-skilling, effective organization design, career planning and succession planning. - To identify opportunities to encourage talent movement and growth such that it promotes a culture of healthy competition, performance, and stickiness to the organization
