Job Description

Responsible for growth of Horeca Business across the country for all products including Beverage, Confectionary & Packaged Drinking Water

Increase market share state wise; build & retain Horeca Accounts in each State

Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower for coverage of Horeca universe

Help Business Development team achieve targets brand-wise, pack-wise, geographically, monthly & weekly; establish coverage & distribution

Analyze Stock availability based on sales in Horeca to have complete control on inventory; ensure zero stock outs at any point of time

Dynamic sales forecasting for stock requirement; coordinate with Logistics

Conduct regular review meetings for efficient working of team; track accounts regularly, update on market developments & opportunities in Horeca

Coordination with Accounts, Logistics, C&Fs, SDM & SME etc

MBA, 18 – 20 years experience, 40-45 years of age
