Expectations (Principle Accountabilities):
To achieve the Corporate Vision and Mission -
1. Study the current Organizational structure, the existing Human resource and potential separations & requirements over the next 5 years and advise the chairman on – structural changes required, Resourcing plans, Employee Development initiatives required and changes required, if any, to the performance management & remuneration systems.
2. Formulate HR strategies & policies and direct the implementation of their integration with the business processes across the Organization to ensure uniformity and consistency.
3. Advise on Employee Relations & Communication Strategies, policies and plans to promote – Commitment, productivity, innovation, shared values and mutual trust & respect.
4. Establish an efficacious HR division to continue to support the business in achieving its purpose.
