1. Financial accounting & reporting 2. Finalization of books of account and statutory records, generation of monthly MIS vs Budget and Estimate for highlighting key concern or positive areas 3. Manage the budgeting and MIS processes and lead monthly finance update meetings with team. - Review financial statements on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and identify any major variances to budget. Investigate and correct as necessary. 4. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures 5. Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the organisation's mission and help execute growth plans 6. Develop and maintain timely and accurate reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles 8. Responsible for risk management and contract reviews 11. Responsible for process improvement and internal control implementation 12. Introduction and implementation of cost saving initiatives which will impact the bottom line of the businessMaintain rolling forecast of eCommerce spending, providing variance explanations to senior management. 13. Create and manage financial budgets related to eCommerce projects. Provide financial updates to senior management. 14. Provide financial support for new investment initiatives and evaluate proposed contracts from both a financial and strategic perspective. 15. Coordinate monthly performance presentations with key stakeholders input. 16. Works cross-functionally between eCommerce and Finance, Tax and Legal departments for all budgeting and contract related matters. 17. Actively participate in project management roles, as requested, including project manager, business stakeholder or subject matter expert. 18. Provide appropriate competitive analyses and benchmarking to the management team Skills : 1. Strong background and experience in A/R, A/P, Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Procurement 2. Hands of Budgetting and risk management 3. Working knowledge of the financial regulations 4. Data handling and MIS 5. Systems Knowledge - working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems.
